1. What are the lead times?
At Chichicanos, we pay a great deal of attention to meeting our lead-time commitments. Most of our products, whether standard or customized, are available within a maximum of 30 working days. This lead time may be extended if too many orders are placed.
2. Is my online payment secure?
The security of your online payment is important to us. We use a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card data, stores it and allows your personal and banking information to be transmitted securely through our systems.
All orders are processed through our secure payment system (Verified by Visa®, MasterCard® SecureCode or Coinbase® for cryptocurrency payments).
3. How do I wash Biothane accessories?
We always favor cleaning by hand, as it preserves the material better.
Accessories can be washed under water with a little soap, scrub then rinse with clear water. Wipe curls well once washed.
In case of contact with salt water, rinse the accessory well with clear water before drying.
Maintenance of accessories is entirely your responsibility: chichicanos is in no way responsible for any material deterioration occurring as a result of washing or any other action on your part.
